Delete your account

You can delete your Skilli account at any time, from the app or from the web. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app or on the web

Open the Skilli app, or go to app.skilli.app and sign in with the same account.
Go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
Tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete everything.

By email

Can't sign in? Email support@skilli.app from the address you use with Skilli, with the subject “Delete my Skilli account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, bio and settings
Your skills, lessons, progress and XP, and homework or course material you uploaded
Your posts, reactions, messages, friends and notifications
Families and study groups you created (for everyone in them), and your place in others

Payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, no longer linked to you. Everything else is deleted right away.

Paid subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought in Google Play or the App Store — only the store can do that. Cancel it first in Google Play (Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
